This sushi restaurant has the best sushi rice shari blended with excellent proprietary vinegar I ever tasted in the US so far. They also process their topping neta very well as too. I wish they could be aware one of their waitress had professionalism issue because this can hurt their perception and ruin their effort. Overall, I still recommend this place. ”

“ This is by far the best sushi restaurant I have visited so far in the greater LA area. It is 100 authentic and real Japanese cuisine, fish is very fresh, and food is delicious! The service is wonderful. Most staff are of a Japanese background and very familiar with the menu which is great, ask them a question if you are not sure. When arriving, make sure you have your entire party with you as the restaurant is in high demand and with limited seating so you wont get a table unless everyone is there. Once you get seated, I highly recommend the hot tea and one of the dinner plates deluxe or premium dinner plate. It is always changing and comes with a variety of sushi. When I was there, the deluxe had maki and tuna nigiri while the premium had shrimp and crab. Miso soup was delicious! Regarding fish, it is a very high grade of fish meat.
